Welcome to my blog debut – a page dedicated to understanding the new aspects of “right work.” Not only am I a student of right work, I wrote a book about it! Finding Right Work

New right work is the new cornerstone of my Executive Support search company that was built on the true foundational definition of it. EASearch, LLC

What is new right work in post-pandemic America? Quite simply, new right work fulfills you on several levels of success: work that is meaningful to you and aligned with your values and goals, offering you a clear growth path that supports your personal sense of purpose and financial needs. New right work doesn’t really feel like work at all!

A silver lining of the pandemic is an opportunity to really ask questions about what we’re doing in our work and careers. Do we have a healthy work/life balance? Do we feel resonance and intentionality? Is it time for a change for the better?

As the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus quoted: “The only constant in life is change.” Let’s continue to have a conversation about new right work in this blog and help one another through the confusion – and opportunities – of these times.

Social/political columnist Arianna Huffington helps navigate these shifting times with her LinkedIn article: Redefining Success in the Post-Pandemic World.
