Leni Miller

Leni Miller is the Founder and President of EASearch, LLC, a premier search and consulting firm specializing in executive support. The company’s success is reflected by over 30 years of impactful search and consulting expertise with candidate placements in companies ranging in size: from multinational global organizations to industry leaders; from small family-owned businesses to high-profile individuals and private foundations.

Under Leni’s leadership, EASearch has built a reputation for having the highest level of integrity, combined with talented and enduring matchmaking between assistant support structure and client. The commitment to assessing needs and placing the right people with the right opportunities is based solidly on the formula for "right work" outlined in Leni’s best-selling book, "Finding Right Work: Five Steps to a Life You Love."

Before EASearch, Leni was the Co-Founder and President of McCall Staffing in San Francisco, Founder and President of Leni Miller Personnel, and Co-Founder/Producer of “Home Sweet Office,” a TV series focused on the emerging workplace sponsored by Intel Corporation.

Leni has written 21 guest columns for Huffington Post, featuring profiles of people who have created or found their right work. She has been an active publisher on LinkedIn and is currently working on a new edition of her "Finding Right Work" book, which will focus on the critical emergence of “new right work," post-pandemic.

Leni’s commitment to "giving back" is apparent through her many professional and volunteer affiliations, including her roles as a former Director for Junior Achievement, National Association of Women Business Owners, World Business Academy, and the Center for Attitudinal Healing. In addition, she has been a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Women Presidents’ Organization, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, and the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce.

Leni was one of the first four women in the world to be admitted to the Rotary Club International as a member of their second oldest club, based in San Francisco, where she was also a Paul Harris Fellow.

She is currently a Director for the Pristine Mind Organization and a member of the San Francisco Business Times leadership group.

Leni graduated with Honors from New York's Columbia University and holds a BA in German Language Studies.
