"This [EASearch] is a small employment agency that is run by Leni Miller. Her second in command is Tamara. Both these ladies truly understand what makes a job search successful for both the candidate and the employer. 

They operate a bit differently than most agencies in that they are retained by the employer to do a search. Usually agents get a commission based on the salary that's offered to the candidate. Hence, they can be driven by, well, greed and just try to put anyone in any position.
